Meet Drs. Jennifer and Philip Pham

North Star Dental is led by the talented husband-and-wife team of Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Philip Pham, whose personal journey to dentistry is as inspiring as their clinical expertise. Dr. Jennifer's path began in Vietnam, where she experienced firsthand the challenges of growing up without access to proper dental care. This motivated her to pursue dentistry as a way to help others avoid similar struggles. After earning her Biochemistry degree from Baylor University, she completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at West Virginia University School of Dentistry.

It was there she met her husband, Dr. Philip Pham, who brings his own unique background with a double major in Chemistry and Biology and a minor in Music. Together, they've built a practice that combines technical excellence with genuine compassion. Their team has expanded to include additional talented doctors - Dr. Jeffery Moore with 38 years of experience, Dr. Pauline Nguyen, and board-certified periodontist Dr. Alon Shalev - creating a comprehensive care team that handles everything from routine checkups to specialized treatments.
